IT Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Administrator

We are looking for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineer / Systems Administrator to manage and support our on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Windows/Linux servers, VMware, Active Directory, GPO and user access.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, MDM and endpoint infrastructure.
• Support networks, switches, Wi-Fi, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls and VPNs.
• Manage storage, backups, system monitoring, patching and disaster recovery.
• Support security technologies, including MFA, EDR/XDR, PAM, email security and vulnerability management.
• Handle Level 2 and Level 3 infrastructure and user support issues.
• Automate routine administration using PowerShell or similar tools.
• Support IP PABX and coordinate with vendors for procurement, technical support and issue resolution.

Required Profile

• Strong hands-on experience in server, virtualization, network and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good understanding of hybrid cloud, cybersecurity and infrastructure monitoring.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and vendor coordination skills.
• Relevant Microsoft, VMware, networking or cybersecurity certifications would be an advantage.

• IT Administration: 7 years (Preferred)
