Responsibilities

Teys Australia is seeking an experienced and team-oriented IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team, based at Group Support Services in Eight Mile Plains, Brisbane. This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining Teys’ enterprise IT environment, as well as collaborating with IT solutions and services across the group.
Reporting to our IT Infrastructure Manager, the successful candidate will ensure that IT systems are available, reliable and scalable while coordinating their operational performance in line with business requirements. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting networking, hardware and software disruptions in parallel with improving efficiency through automation.
Additionally, this position will maintain a robust server infrastructure - including cloud environments- and will participate in different projects across remote facilities.
