JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Minimum Higher NITEC in Data Centre Infrastructure & Operation or IT related course.
· Hands-on experience with network and infrastructure solutions.
· Participate in standby support to ensure system availability and incident response.
· Analytical skills.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Installation and configuration support for all aspects of network infrastructure, data centre, and both on-premises and cloud-hosted services.
· Lead the analysis and resolution of issues for infrastructure-managed systems.
· Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance to align with KPIs and SLAs.
· Deliver ICT infrastructure projects and address other operational requirements as needed.
· Provide and analyze data for reporting on infrastructure assets, performance, and monitoring.
· Provide technical support for infrastructure, servers, networks, and cloud design.
· Manage and maintain a wide range of infrastructure systems and services, including security, networking, remote access, system configuration, and administrative tools.
· Manage support tickets through the helpdesk system.
· Ensure training remains up to date and appropriate for the estate.
· Take responsibility for the delivery of allocated projects.
· Liaise with other teams to share and improve the flow of information.
