The IT Infrastructure & Operation Analyst will act as a liaison between development, infrastructure, QA, SA, DBA and Production support. The Infrastructure & Operations Analyst will be responsible for infrastructure related activities that includes server builds, software installs and configuration, OS currency and vulnerability remediations and environment setup. The role will be responsible for provisioning and configuration of new infrastructure request for the multiple applications as well as troubleshooting the issues related to application setup and deployment configurations. The role will work closely with multiple application stakeholders and perform investigations and troubleshooting to achieve results. The role will primarily be managing and administration of company’s Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Azure O365 Application Support, on-premise applications, on-premise compute and storage infrastructure

MANAGE AND MAINTAIN AZURE, O365 AND ON-PREMISE SECURITY VULNERABILITIES

  • Maintaining our security posture here is critical, as such you will maintain the systems responsible for end-user device patch management. With over 750 devices a monthly cadence of patching and application vulnerability remediation will need to be managed and implemented in a timely manner to meet SLA defined by our security team.
  • Maintain MDM and Patching solutions
  • Work with patching and security team to keep patching methodologies up to date and with end-users to resolve patching issues
