You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure & Operation. This includes managing servers, networks, and other critical systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead a team of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT Systems: Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, networks, storage, cloud resources including the capacity planning for each of these.
- Project Management: Develop and manage IT infrastructure projects from inception to project completion including the transition into BAU adhering to the standards and frameworks used across project delivery.
- System Uptime: Ensure system uptime and reliability through proactive monitoring, security patching and general maintenance including troubleshooting and resolving issues when they arise.
- Budget Management: Manage the IT infrastructure budget and ensure cost-effective solutions, fit for purpose and fit for use services are provided both internally but also to our customers.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect digital assets.
- Team: Collaborate with, and mentor the extended team of IT professionals to improve the level of service IT provides to its customers.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments to understand and support business initiatives and their technology needs.
- Policy Development: Conduct regular reviews and updates of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices & geographies we operate across.
- Vendor Management: Manage the day-to-day operational relationships with existing suppliers, holding them to account to deliver expected outcomes against SLAs to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Disaster Recovery Management: Maintain the IT Disaster Recovery plan aligning this to a pragmatic approach to resilience built into the infrastructure solutions we provide across the estate.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure the company remains competitive.
