Job Summary We are looking for a technically savvy Project Manager to support client-facing technology initiatives. You’ll oversee multiple projects concurrently, guiding scope, timelines, and budgets while coordinating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders. If you excel at managing technical projects, fostering collaboration, and maintaining high standards of delivery, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Project Leadership. Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting. Technical Delivery Oversight. Coordinate projects in: Cisco Networking (Catalyst/Meraki, Nexus, ASA/Firepower, ISE, SD-WAN) Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) Microsoft Environments (Windows Server, AD, DNS/DHCP, GPO) Data Center Technologies (Cisco UCS, HCI, DR/BCP, storage & backup) Stakeholder Management Act as liaison between IT teams, vendors, and business units, ensuring alignment and transparency. Governance & Compliance Maintain IT governance standards, ensure security & compliance, track KPIs, and deliver accurate documentation. Continuous Improvement Conduct project reviews, share lessons learned, and contribute to knowledge base best practices. 5+ years of IT Infrastructure Project Management experience (enterprise or mid-market). Hands-on understanding of Cisco networking, virtualization, Windows Server, and data center environments. Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects end-to-end. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
