JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead, plan, and deliver complex infrastructure initiatives across telecommunications, networks, network security, servers, cloud, and wireless technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure with proven project management expertise to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience with a focus on infrastructure-related initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and data center operations.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Hands-on experience leading projects in network, server, and telecommunications domains.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—engineers, system administrators, vendors, and business stakeholders—to ensure alignment and execution.
• Define project scope, business requirements, goals, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Track project milestones and ensure adherence to budgets, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation (plans, RAID logs, reports, lessons learned).
• Proactively identify risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Provide clear and regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders via reports and meetings.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions meet compliance, security, and performance standards.
• Partner with procurement and vendors for sourcing, contract management, and delivery of infrastructure components.
