Job Description We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to assist one of our clients in the luxury retail space in Singapore. Position Purpose: This role is part of the Singapore Technology and Digital Services team and has a specific focus on ensuring the delivery of technology services, including application and infrastructure. The role will also be expected to scope, plan and deliver projects (with service providers, and Local IT) that originate from Global and Regional IT, and/or requested by Regional and Local Business Leaders. Excellent stakeholder management skills are necessary for the person to be successful in this role. To be successful in interacting with the business and the various IT teams delivering the challenging initiatives, it is essential to have effective and efficient communication skills. Responsibilities: Project Delivery Work with internal and/or third-party teams to ensure project management and project execution according to plan Does not hesitate to be hands-on whenever required Manage local & regional service vendor(s) to deliver projects as assigned Provide reporting to management on project advancement, challenges & risks End to end ownership of assigned project and accountability of the delivery ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget Support hypercare phase and hand over to support team Main project assigned: retrofit of current office, point of sales opening or renovation Security and Data Protection Lead the remediation of security risks identified by internal and external parties Communicate with local business management on potential risk and escalate as needed Qualifications Educational/Professional Qualifications: Undergraduate Degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field preferred, but not mandatory ITIL V3/4 (Immediate Level or Expert) PMP Work Experience: At least 5+ years hands on experience in Project Management and/or Service Delivery Management with production infrastructure and application support experience IT Manager or IT consulting experience preferred Experience with IT project delivery Experience with managing vendors or consultants Working experience in retail industry is preferred Functional/Technical Expertise: IT Infrastructure IT Application within retail domain (for ex.
