• Managing servers, networks, firewalls, storage and backup systems.
• Managing user accounts, rights structures, and IT documentation.
• Participating in the preparation and follow-up of the NIS2 audit and related actions.
• Evaluating and improving IT processes and policies.
• Supporting IT projects (e.g. SharePoint deployment, cloud migration, M365 optimisation).
• Acting as a sounding board for the business: listening to the existing needs, analysing them and translating them into IT solutions.
