Description
Provide advanced Tier 2 support for the bulk of on-site work, including Windows and Mac laptops/desktops, peripherals, and associated software Perform hands-on troubleshooting, system administration, hardware/software installations, configurations, and upgrades Provide hands-on support for all network infrastructure, physically supporting remote engineering teams with tasks related to Cisco routers/switches and other equipment Provide on-site support for AV infrastructure, telephony systems, CCTV, and structured cabling (fiber and copper) as needed Administer and support core infrastructure, including tech/communications rooms and local network equipment Adhere to and execute established protocols for asset management, including inventory tracking, hard drive management, and legal holds Implement and validate technical changes, following strict change management procedures Serve as the senior technical resource for on-site projects and initiatives 5+ years' experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with operational process change and improvement 5+ years of hands-on experience in a large-scale enterprise systems support or systems administration role with the following technologies Operating Systems: Windows 11, MacOS Virtualization: VDI/Horizon Directory Services: Active Directory Hardware & Infrastructure: PC/desktop hardware, A/V conferencing systems, IP telephony, CCTV Networking: Strong understanding of Cisco routers/switches, structured cabling (fiber and copper) Proven hardware and software troubleshooting expertise across Windows/Mac devices, and Cisco hardware Working technical knowledge of current network protocols and standards Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and procedural documentation Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience Cisco and/or Windows certifications are a plus ------------------------------------------------------ For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------ Anticipated Posting Close Date: Dec 09, 2025 ------------------------------------------------------
