Benefits Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) Paid Sick hours Job Description Provide day-to-day IT support for office and on-site users (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals) Set up and maintain office IT environments, including new hire onboarding and equipment deployment Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues Support Microsoft 365, email accounts, and user access management Coordinate with external IT vendors or headquarters IT team as needed Maintain IT asset inventory and basic documentation Qualifications 3+ years of experience in IT administration or IT support roles Hands-on experience with office IT environments and end-user support Familiarity with Windows OS and basic networking concepts Bilingual in Korean and English (required) Bachelor’s degree preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. *** NO C2C ***
