We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Infrastructure Specialist to provide first and second line support to our office and field teams across the APAC region. This role is based in Melbourne (with travel across our sites in Port Melbourne, Bangholme and Epping) and will report to the IT Operations Manager.

• Provide hands-on IT support to end-users and field engineers
• Assist with system administration and daily monitoring of IT systems
• Manage local backup solutions and implement redundant setups
• Participate in local infrastructure projects and APAC-wide IT meetings
• Document procedures and optimize business processes
• Collaborate with regional IT teams and support service desk operations
