About This Role: This role is responsible for providing support for all local and extended IT infrastructure including Laptops, Desktops, Printers, peripherals, Scanners, local network and related items. Primary requirement is to focus on supporting all End user computing needs as needed for all Det-Tronics including remote support for all global site locations. Job Responsibilities: * Provide support for all local and extended IT infrastructure mainly on prem including Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Scanners and related items. * Work with Det-Tronics internal IT team to maintain and track all IT assets as needed. * Work within Spectrum IT support framework guidelines, processes and policies and in collaboration with EUC shared services teams onsite and remotely located. * Reporting to Det-Tronics Digital leader   * Act as a local liaison between Spectrum global services and Det-Tronics for end user computing requirements like trouble shooting issues with software running on PCs, operating system issues, log in issues and other support requirements  * Trouble shooting PC accessories, peripherals and Printers  * Local Network support as needed as a liaison between Spectrum managed service providers and Det-Tronics * Document items worked on, and issues resolved to maintain traceability and knowledgebase * Documentation of standard procedures for IT support related activities   * Assist with troubleshooting efforts on IT systems as needed  * Assist with shared IT hardware system installation as needed * Ability to prioritize and balance the demands between daily tasks * Ability to adjust and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment * Work in a team environment with collaborative spirit Preferred Requirements: * 5+ years of experience supporting IT Infrastructure and PCs in a manufacturing organization * Must be customer focused and have the ability to provide support in a timebound and efficient manner. * Knowledge and understanding of network topology LAN, WAN and Wireless technologies * Good oral and written communication skills when interacting with end users * Highly motivated and the ability to complete work on time without supervision * Knowledge and understanding how Windows Servers operate   Education: * Associates degree preferably in Information Technology or Computer Science  * or High School Diploma with commensurate experience * CompTIA A+ certification a plus but not required * Network+ certification a plus but not required
