Our client, a government agency is looking for IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join their infrastructure team in providing operational support for data center.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 5+ years in data center ops, IT asset management or EUC support
• Ability to work independently and beyond normal working hours and weekends
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and to work under pressure to meet deadlines and service level agreements
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reliability in system configuration, documentation and procedures
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Preferably with technical understanding of data center infrastructure (Power and Cooling, Fire Suppression system, Environment Monitoring system, Water Leak Detection system, etc)
• Familiar with ITSM tools (e.g ServiceNow, Jira)
• Basic knowledge of endpoint management (Intune, SCCM) is a plus
