Description
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate user needs into system design requirements, including hardware, software, interfaces, and digital architecture (cloud/on-prem). Define and implement system requirements using modern systems engineering methodologies, including simulations and system interaction analysis. Partner with Global Product Teams to deliver final products, technical documentation, and maintain the Design History File. Analyze system issues and recommend corrective or alternative solutions. Lead system partitioning and integration efforts using systems engineering practices. Apply agile/lean principles to continuously improve processes and eliminate waste. Mentor junior engineers in systems engineering methodologies and domain knowledge. Coordinate validation and verification testing aligned with industry standards. Support regulatory and cybersecurity audits. Provide technical guidance on system/software purchases and deliver ad-hoc user training. Enhance IT quality processes to ensure high-quality customer service solutions. Lead documentation and presentations for solution implementation. Resolve business-related system/process issues in collaboration with owners and project teams. Manage process improvement initiatives using project management methodologies. Lead multiple concurrent projects with internal and external cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration. Expertise in network design, including both hardware and logical configuration. Proven experience in datacenter management and operations. Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives. Familiarity with regulatory and cybersecurity compliance standards. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in Medical device Industry is a plus
