Inova Alexandria Hospital is looking for a dedicated IT Infrastructure Systems Analyst to join the team. This role is Full-time Days working regular office hours Monday to Friday. Writes minutes, vendor project correspondences and status reports. * Assists in the development and implementation of team member training/mentoring activities. * Receives requests for services and coordinates effectively with end-users to ensure requirements are clearly understood. * Maintains vendor and user relationships while communicating status/problems in a timely and professional manner.    Minimum Requirements:  * Education: Bachelor's degree OR 4 years relevant professional experience in addition to the minimum Experience requirement * Experience: 3 years of experience as a systems analyst Working knowledge of IT and hospital systems, to include systems such as but not limited to: * Windows desktop environment  * End user peripheral devices * CITRIX * Spok mobile * Xtend * EPIC * Contact center operations   Preferred Qualifications: * Healthcare IT experience * Project Management experience * System Admin/technical expertise * Demonstrated great communication and collaboration skills * Demonstrated passion for working in healthcare and IT We are Inova, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
