MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor degree in a related field / discipline or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 4+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure management role 3 years of experience managing and implementing hypervisor and hyperconverged infrastructure Experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting complex infrastructure environments including hypervisor, backup and hyperconverged infrastructure
Travel Requirements: None Must possess a valid driver’s license and able to obtain automobile/liability coverage

Education
Experience: Experience with providing support in a manufacturing environment. Individual must have strong communication skills. Ability to solve problems independently and collaborate closely with IT team members.

• Responsible for providing advanced IT support to the global workforce by triaging, troubleshooting, documenting, and resolving issue and request tickets submitted by employees, via phone, email, and in-person
• Optimize hypervisor and backup environments and troubleshoot issues
• Ensure integration of compute, storage, and networking resources
• Design and maintain scalable, reliable and secure IT infrastructure
• Develop architecture diagrams and documentation
• Communicate and present technical information to diverse types of audiences (management, users, vendors, and technical staff) in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gain understanding
• Bring a new perspective, ideas, and solutions to drive change in the way the IT team delivers quality solutions to the organization, focused on continuous improvement
