As the responsible trainer, you will be responsible for the professional training of IT specialists in system integration, promoting their personal development and accompanying them on their way to graduation.You support the training in the field of electrical engineering and impart theoretical basics as well as practical knowledge.You plan and carry out projects in the fields of computer science and electrical engineering together with the trainees and dual students.
You continuously develop the training content and integrate new topics such as AI, automation and robotics into the curricula.
You will work closely with other trainers and specialist departments to ensure a holistic and practical training.
You inspire young people for STEM subjects, represent the training at trade fairs and actively participate in the selection process for new trainees
