POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND CONSTRAINTS (WORKING HOURS…)

The position requires to be based in Weinheim for a couple of days each week, with the remaining days spent in Frankfurt.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

• Preparing for monthly IT Integration SteerCo to overview the status of the integration,
• Organizing, facilitating and supporting assessments to feed the integration project plan,
• Implementing and managing the roadmap for integration based on inputs from other stakeholders within the project according to the business priorities,
• Animating weekly project point and pace actions to move forward,
• Ensuring all actions related to IT integration for ToF are progressing according to the project plan,
• Coordinating and/or contributing to technical activities with SME and Responsible of Services in GEODIS and other stakeholders, in synch with Infra PMO in ISSC and Head of Services in Group,
• Acting as a link with PMI Group – filling information needed by Global PMI Team for their status,
• Participating in scenario and solutions proposition once issue arises,
