IT Integration Support Technician 💚 The Tise team now counts over 100 people, the majority at our headquarters in Oslo. We’re now looking for a IT Integration Support Technician to help take Tise to the next level 🚀 The IT Integration Support Technician provides second-level technical support to employees across the eBay group, operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role combines hands-on support with project participation, focusing especially on user onboarding and the Collaboration Tools Migration planned for 2026. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring a smooth transition of users, systems, and data as eBay and Tise environments are integrated. 🌱 Key Responsibilities: Partner with eBay teams to plan and deliver onboarding events, guiding Tise users through hardware and software transitions. Collaborate with the eBay Collaboration Team to support the migration of key tools and services, including: Google Workspace data and Gmail to Office 365 migration Slack SSO integration Migration of other collaboration platforms Acting as the primary point of contact for Tise users throughout the migration process. Resolve support requests efficiently and meet ongoing service delivery expectations. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues across Windows and macOS environments, as well as a wide range of enterprise applications. Help users for all logged IT-related incidents through ServiceNow and other communication channels. Take full ownership of issues, performing root cause analysis, implementing fixes, or escalating to higher-level support when required. Accurately document and update tickets and resolutions in the ServiceNow Ticket System. Install, configure, and upgrade IT hardware and software as part of day-to-day support or project-based activities. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively interacting with both technical and non-technical colleagues across all levels of the organization. 🏓 Requirements: Proven experience in IT support or service desk operations (second-level support preferred). Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Slack administration. Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality. Excellent communication and customer service skills. ⭐️ Preferred: Prior experience supporting large-scale IT migrations or user onboarding programs. Understanding of SSO integrations, identity management, and collaboration tool ecosystems.
