JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to a replacement need, the hiring manager is looking for an experienced IT Integrator / Project Manager to lead the Decom DRO project, a key initiative within ING’s strategic DISCO program. This will be your primary focus, with potential for involvement in additional projects over time.

END-TO-END IT MIGRATION EXPERIENCE

You have successfully led complete IT migrations from start to finish. Experience at ING or another Dutch bank is a plus but not required if you can demonstrate equivalent experience elsewhere.
Important: Make sure your CV clearly and concretely reflects your migration experience. Explicitly describe which migration projects you have carried out, what your role and responsibilities were, and what results you achieved.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a vital role in bringing structure, clarity, and alignment to a complex environment. As IT Integrator / Project Manager, you’ll work within the Customer & Data Domain, collaborating with squads, product leads, fellow IT Integrators, and the DISCO program manager.

Domain focus areas include:

  • Customer Data
  • KYC & Onboarding
  • Fraud & 1:1 Analytics
  • Data Management

Your responsibilities:

  • Leading the end-to-end migration roadmap: from initial planning to execution and delivery
  • Managing complex stakeholder engagement: involving 50+ stakeholders across various multiple levels
  • Identifying and resolving risks and dependencies across teams in a proactive, solution-driven manner
  • Operating within Agile environments: aligning roadmaps and managing cross-team interdependencies
  • Providing clear and timely reporting to stakeholders at operational, tactical, and strategic levels

Other responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with developers, system administrators, and business counterparts
  • Ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices
  • Offering insight into a complex IT and business landscape to support fact-based decision-making
  • Serving as a connector across teams, domains, and priorities
