Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a IT Intern to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.

Reporting to IT Manager , the IT Intern supports the achievement of the property and technology Information Resources objectives.

• This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
• The starting date is estimated in April.

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across various Marriott systems.
• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
• Assist in network administration and help ensure the security of Marriott’s IT infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for internal teams and staff.
• Assist with data management tasks, including backups, system updates, and inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with senior IT staff on ongoing projects and provide support as needed.
• Participate in system testing and ensure all technology meets operational requirements.
• Document processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
• Participate in training sessions and stay up to date with new technologies and IT best practices.
