This position also includes administration of servers and network infrastructure as well as project related IT initiatives. In addition to the technical side of this position, the IT intern will build a rapport with the end user by exercising strong customer care and communication skills. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (additional duties may be assigned) Troubleshooting & Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems related to hardware, software, and networks. System Maintenance: Installing, configuring, upgrading, and patching operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices. User Support & Training: Acting as the primary contact for user issues, providing guidance, and training on new technologies. Documentation & Analysis: Tracking user requests in help desk systems, documenting solutions, and analyzing trends to prevent recurring issues. Security & Data Integrity: Implementing security measures, maintaining data integrity, and managing access. Vendor Coordination: Assisting with vendor support and coordinating hardware/software purchases. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities
