Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

• Support MES/SAP rollouts and Data Migration validations
• Create usage guidelines, policies, frameworks for responsible AI usage
• Assist in coordinating activities across Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management
• Assist in the tracking, updating and monitoring of hardware and software assets in the organization’s IT Asset Management systems
• Intake and initial processing of IT demands submitted by business partners
