Role Description: This internship as a Business Intelligence Strategy Analyst provides an exciting opportunity to gain experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. This role requires candidates to work closely with our Business Technology team to model data, develop dashboards, and support key strategic decisions. Responsibilities: * Dashboard and Reporting: Assist in creating and maintaining dynamic dashboards and analytical reports to provide insights into company operations and performance. * Data Storage Solutions: Participate in designing and implementing data storage solutions to ensure efficient, scalable data management. * Customer Experience Enhancement: Develop application interfaces to support customer experience improvements through data-driven models. * GenAI Capabilities: Contribute to building next-generation AI tools, enabling customer-specific, data-driven recommendations. * Operational Health Monitoring: Develop tools and processes to track operational health and identify emerging patterns. * Code Deployment & Testing: Build automated testing protocols to support reliable, on-time deployment of BI applications. * Documentation & Design: Create and maintain technical documents, including architecture specs, process diagrams, and feature specifications, ensuring clarity and consistency across projects. * Technology Research & Prototyping: Stay informed on new technologies and assess their potential for implementation in KCC projects. * Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with team members to meet shared objectives and contribute to a supportive team environment. Qualifications: * Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, information technology, business analytics, or a related field. * Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL. * Programming: Familiarity with Python; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and version control (Git) is advantageous. * Data Visualization: Experience or familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred. * Analytical Skills: Proficient in data modeling, business analysis, and dashboard creation. * Technical Skills: Knowledge of business intelligence tools and a desire to expand your technical capabilities. * Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. * Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and functions. * Adaptability: Eager to learn and flexible in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
