Duties: Provide Technical Support: Act as a key point of contact for our employees, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner. Deploy and Maintain Hardware: Configure, install, and maintain new workstations, laptops, and peripherals to ensure our team has the tools they need. Monitor System Health: Assist in monitoring our network and server infrastructure, helping to identify and address potential issues proactively. Support Software Applications: Assist with the installation, configuration, and management of various software applications used across the organization. Assist Remote Staff: Utilize remote management tools to provide efficient technical support to our off-site employees. Contribute to IT Projects: Participate in departmental projects, from system upgrades to the evaluation and implementation of new technologies. Requirements Physical Requirements This is an active role that requires moving throughout the office and facilities. You may be on your feet for extended periods. Must be able to lift and transport IT equipment, such as computers and monitors, weighing up to 40 lbs.
