Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our IT team. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and technical operations. The intern will work closely with senior IT professionals and gain practical exposure while supporting daily business operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Support Assist in diagnosing and resolving basic hardware and software issues. Support employees with computer, network, and login-related problems. Install, update, and configure software applications as required. 2. System & Network Assistance Support routine maintenance of IT systems, networks, laptops, and peripheral devices. Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting technical issues. Maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and device tracking logs. 3. Security & Compliance Support Assist in implementing basic IT security measures and best practices. Support data backup processes, antivirus monitoring, and access control activities. 4. Operational & IT Team Support Help set up workstations and IT access for new employees. Assist during IT audits, system rollouts, and equipment setup activities. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the IT Supervisor or Manager. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Willingness to learn and strong problem-solving mindset. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
