Join the team as an IT Intern supporting core IT operations that require accuracy, coordination, and consistent follow-through. You will be part of the IT team supporting day-to-day operations across systems, devices, and user support. This role requires professionalism and discretion due to exposure to sensitive information. About the Role You will support day-to-day IT operations across the organization, with a focus on hands-on troubleshooting, system support, and execution. This is a practical, hands-on role where you will work on real systems and devices used by teams across Singapore and globally. You will be exposed to how IT supports a fast-paced, international company, and will build a strong foundation in IT operations, user support, and systems thinking. The role is best suited for individuals who enjoy solving problems, working with technology, and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish. Key Responsibilities IT Operations & Support Set up and configure laptops, devices, and user accounts for new hires Provide first-level IT support (hardware, software, network access, basic troubleshooting) Assist users with day-to-day technical issues in a timely and structured manner Support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective Systems & Tools Support administration of internal tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, access management) Assist in maintaining user access, permissions, and system hygiene Help track and manage IT assets (laptops, peripherals, inventory) Process & Documentation Document common issues, fixes, and IT processes for internal reference Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions Identify recurring issues and suggest simple improvements or fixes Coordination & Execution Work with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Engineering) on IT-related requests Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion Escalate more complex technical issues when required What We Look For Able to commit to a full-time internship for 5 months or more Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field Hands-on interest in IT (e.g. troubleshooting, setting up devices, building PCs is a plus) Willing to learn, take initiative, and contribute to day-to-day operations Organized and able to manage tasks independently once given direction Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical users Able to handle sensitive information with care and professionalism Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
