QUALIFICATIONS

We’re not looking for experience or qualifications. Instead, we want someone who is:
Passion or Interest within IT
Customer service experience preferable
Good communication (verbal and written) skills
Good time management skills

The IT Intern is responsible for the day-to-day IT support of end-users and focuses to continuously work towards an improved end-user satisfaction, leveraging Red Bull’s IT service management processes as well as Red Bull’s overall IT guidelines. The person maintains an up-to-date and secure inventory of end-user’s devices and subsidiary/branch office IT equipment. Finally, the person supports local IT and/or business projects.
