What You’ll Be Doing: Providing general IT support to project staff (basic hardware, software, and access needs) Assisting with user setup, updates, and deactivation in standard systems and tools Helping maintain shared drives, collaboration platforms, and project IT records Supporting IT asset tracking, labeling, and simple inventory updates Assisting with documentation, forms, and basic data entry for IT/admin tasks Coordinating with IT and admin teams to route issues to the appropriate support resources What Skills and Qualifications You’ll Bring: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field General familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, and common office applications Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn in a professional environment Security Clearance Requirement: None This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
