Responsibilities Prepare onboarding technology packages and equipment for remote and in-office new-hires Visit job sites to troubleshoot computer and network problems, as well as perform routine maintenance and upgrades. Use a company vehicle or a personal vehicle (with mileage reimbursement) to travel to job sites as needed. Install, configure, and update software and hardware for staff and clients. Monitor and maintain IT inventory and equipment. Document IT processes and procedures and follow best practices. Assist with other IT projects and tasks as assigned. Requirements Currently enrolled in a degree program in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software. Ability to troubleshoot and solve IT issues in a logical and efficient manner. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
