Description IT Intern The IT Intern will support the technology infrastructure that powers our manufacturing operations. This role provides exposure to real-world IT systems, troubleshooting, and cybersecurity practices. Key Responsibilities Assist with hardware and software troubleshooting Support system updates and maintenance Help document IT procedures and support tickets Support internal technology improvement initiatives Ideal Candidate Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Interested in hardware installations, comfortable using hand tools Basic understanding of computer systems and networking Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Interest in technology supporting manufacturing operations At DeWys, interns are treated as valued contributors.
