We are seeking a motivated and tech-curious IT Intern to join our Technology Team in St. Louis, MO for a summer internship. If your skillset aligns with one of these three disciplines: ERP Systems & .NET Development, AI-Development & Business Transformation, or IT Support & Infrastructure and you’re wanting to apply what’ve you learned in an enterprise environment, then look no further! Based on your experience, we have the following projects outlined below and will algin you to the one that best fits your skillset and experience. ERP Systems & .Net Development - This project is designed for an aspiring developer who wants to see how code, data, and systems directly impact the business, then here is a unique hybrid opportunity to do just that. What You'll Do: * ERP (Epicor) Support * Assist with day-to-day support of our Epicor ERP environment * Troubleshoot user issues, maintain data integrity, and learn enterprise business logic * Follow how a single transaction flows through each department of the business from manufacturing, to distribution, to sales, and finance * Dig into databases and workflows to identify where processes break down * Custom .NET Development * Work hands-on with C# and the .NET framework * Build customizations, reports, and integrations that extend Epicor functionality * Learn to design scalable, maintainable enterprise solutions * Business Analysis * Partner with departments to understand workflows * Translate business needs into technical requirements and functional tools AI Development & Business Transformation This project is for the tech-enthusiast who is passionate about using cutting-edge development to drive organizational change. Use your full-stack coding experience to build modern AI tools then train our business departments on how to use them to help redefine how work gets done. What You’ll Do: * AI Evangelism * Stay current on AI tools and trends * Share best practices and new capabilities across the organization * Business Engagement * Identify repetitive or manual process across departments * Design AI-driven automations that improve efficiency and productivity * Use tools such as Make, Zapier, or Python, and API-based integrations * Solution Delivery * Build and iterate on internal tools using AI-assisted development platforms (e.g., Cursor, Replit) * Leverage LLMs, low-code platforms, and full-stack development to create functional prototypes * Training & Enablement * Lead workshops and 1-on-1 sessions on tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Custom GPTs * Technical Versatility * Comfortably move between scripting, API configuration, and prompt engineering Desktop Support & Infrastructure This project provides hands-on exposure to major enterprise infrastructure work – well beyond just "restarting the computer”. What You'll Do: * Primary Support Desk * Serve as first-line support for internal technology issues * Troubleshoot Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint), and hardware * Deliver customer-focused, professional IT support * M365 Administration * Assist with user provisioning, license management, and security group configuration * Gain exposure to Azure, Active Directory, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem * Infrastructure Initiatives * Shadow and support projects such as cloud migrations, network upgrades, and endpoint security rollouts via Intune * Hardware Lifecycle * Assist with imaging, deployment, maintenance, and asset tracking of company devices What You'll Need: * Current Junior or rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in: * Computer Science * Information Systems * Software Engineering * Management Information Systems * or other related IT field * 2 years of overall work experience, with at least 1 year in a role related to your field or study, preferred * Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users * A persistent, curious problem-solver mentality – you don’t just fix issues, you investigate the why What We Offer: * A 10-12 week internship with hands-on, meaningful assignments aligned to your field of study with a preference to extend into the fall on part-time basis or transition into a permanent role for the right candidate * Exposure to enterprise systems, modern development practices, and real-world business challenges * Intellectual and creative freedom to propose solutions and improve process * Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback * Opportunities to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization * Present a final presentation to leadership highlighting you experience, projects and outcomes you gain from your internship

Responsibilities

The intern will support one of three IT disciplines: ERP development, AI-driven business transformation, or IT infrastructure and support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, building software customizations, and assisting with enterprise-level system maintenance.
