Inbox Business Technologies is excited to offer an IT Intern position for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the IT industry. As an IT Intern, you will work closely with our experienced team members and assist in various IT-related tasks and projects, fostering your technical skills and understanding of the field. Responsibilities Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues under the guidance of experienced IT staff. Support the setup and configuration of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices. Participate in ongoing IT projects and help document processes and procedures. Conduct research on emerging technologies and present findings to the team. Help manage user accounts and assist with onboarding new employees. Provide general administrative support to the IT department as needed. Learn and apply best practices in IT service delivery and support. Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer networking, hardware, and software components. Strong desire to learn and grow in the IT field. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office products. Availability for a full-time internship duration. Stipend: PKR 25,000/- Internship for 6 months with the possibility of a full-time job afterward.
