Description About the Role Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern who is currently pursuing an IT-related degree and is eager to gain hands-on technical experience in a professional environment. What You’ll Do • Assist with PC setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and basic hardware repairs. • Provide support for basic network connectivity issues. • Assist with the installation, setup, and troubleshooting of printers and other computer peripherals. • Support inventory management and asset tracking processes. • Provide general support to IT staff on projects and daily operational tasks.
