Requirements Currently enrolled in an Information Technology, Computer Science, or related degree program. · Basic understanding of operating systems and software applications. · Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting. · Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. · Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. · Prior experience in IT support (academic or professional) is a plus but not required.
