We grow together! Job Description We are seeking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our Hyperautomation Implementation Hub team. This internship provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in understanding and optimizing internal processes while contributing to the development of frameworks for customer communication. As a part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless automation processes and effective communication strategies. Key Responsibilities Support the analysis and improvement of internal processes Help document workflows and identify opportunities for simplification or automation Assist in developing clear and consistent customer communication templates and guidelines Collaborate with different teams to gather feedback and understand business needs Participate in meetings and workshops to learn about process and communication challenges Research best practices in process optimization and customer communication Prepare simple reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations Support basic analysis of process-related KPIs Qualifications Being 2-3 year Student of Computer Science fields Availability to work min 30 hours per week Basic understanding of IT domain Python scripting skills Strong communication skills both in Polish and English Professional responsibility and reliability Keen on learning Being a team player Additional Information Bosch’s culture of innovation and digital transformation offers you a fantastic platform to grow your skills and enhance your network.
