Job Overview: The Junior Network Engineer is responsible for catering the repetitive tasks and monitoring network alert/s. He/She will also provide support by handling email follow-up with Service Provider (ISP) and vendor technical support contracts. Day- to- day functions would include low-level tasks, short-term projects and managing common network operations tickets among other's, allowing to focus on Network Operations, on-call tickets and large projects in the pipeline. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other technical/ IT Field. With 2-3 years work related experience/background With Network Certificate (CCNA,CCNP) is advantage Good technical skills in LAN/WAN troubleshooting, knows basic show commands to identify the common issue and verify settings- (SonicWall, Ubiquity, Aruba) Willing to be assigned at Libis, Quezon City (Head Office)
