To further support our growth, we are expanding our teams and we are seeking to recruit, Athens based: ΙΤ Junior Project Manager The role will: Assist in coordinating project roadmaps with internal stakeholders (key users, Directors, and Managers) and communicate updates, risks, and changes to relevant teams. Support the monitoring of project budgets and IT CapEx, ensuring efficient resource use and optimal budget allocation. Contribute to planning and delivery of project activities, helping prioritize tasks in line with business objectives and CAB priorities. Support the Demand & Planning team in organizing project-related tasks and performing analysis. Help monitor system configuration changes and vendor-delivered configurations. Document project progress, track UAT results, and ensure alignment with business requirements. Assist in managing outsourced partners (vendors, contractors, etc.) according to agreed scope and company policies. BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is required; a Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus. At least 1 year of experience managing projects in large-scale enterprises, ideally involving CRM, Billing, Digital Channels, ERP solutions, preferably in the Energy or Telco sectors. Ability to lead projects using Waterfall or Agile frameworks. Proficient in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and project management online tools (e.g., Monday, Asana). Good understanding of the portfolio of IT solutions for the Energy sector (TelCo sector knowledge also acceptable). Project Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus. Scrum Master or Agile Management certifications are desirable. Strong ability to coordinate meetings with peers as well as senior management.
