Description

As an IT Lab System Engineer at Island, you’ll lead the creation and operation of an IT Lab designed to simulate customer environments. You’ll work closely with both developers and product managers, get to know how Island customers’ environments are built and configured and set up multiple physical and cloud-based set ups, implementing a wide range of products, protocols, and configurations. Requirements IDPs (Okta, Azure Entra) DLP vendors (Symantec, Forcepoint, McAfee) EPPs SCIM, SIEM, Syslog VPNs and Network products (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP) Security systems (firewalls, endpoints, PKI, etc) VDI products (AVD, RDS) Sase & ZTNA CASB and third party integrations OS troubleshooting (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android) Advanced network architecture and firewall expertise High independence, time management, and eagerness to learn Project management experience At Island, we foster a supportive, growth-driven culture.
