ABOUT THIS POSITION

As we embark on the next phase of our transformation and improve our global HCM system, we are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Lead E2E Processes Workday. In this role, you will oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the HCM system, ensuring alignment with IT and HR processes. Having the oversight on IT implementation as well configure the system, testing and transitioning to go live.

• Analyze and oversee detailed functional requirements in alignment with HR and the implementation partner
• Configure the Workday HCM system to meet functional requirements and comply with IT standards
• Ensure proper testing for a stable reliable IT solutions
• Work closely with HR, IT colleagues, external consulting and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth implementation
• Maintain documentation for system configurations and user guides
• Prepare IT operations for Workday HCM Solution
