• You have at least four years of professional experience in operational purchasing, procurement or supply chain environments and possess a sound understanding of the requirements and processes.
• You have experience in managing IT products, applications or application landscapes and ideally have already worked with JIRA.
• You have experience in leading and developing employees and understand how to successfully motivate and develop teams.
• You are confident in stakeholder and interface management and are able to bring together different interests.
• You communicate confidently at all levels and translate technical requirements into practical and sustainable IT solutions.
• You think strategically, act in a solution-oriented manner, and consistently drive topics forward with a high degree of implementation strength.
• You value local collaboration and are regularly present in Stuhr near Bremen.
• Fluent German skills are absolutely required (at least B2 level).
• Good English skills, both spoken and written.
