Summary: Performs network maintenance relating to users, contexts, and network devices. Assist in issues as server and infrastructure upgrades and expansions, troubleshooting and maintaining data integrity for network system. This is not an entry level position. Qualifications Education, Experience, Equipment Skills, and other Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent plus two years relevant experience or the combination of education and experience that enables performance of all aspects of the position. Excellent Working Knowledge of Computer Skills Working Knowledge of Various Software Programs Must understand installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment. Prefer knowledge of how to assemble and disassemble personal computer components, including cabling. Requires sufficient analytical skills to assess problems or unusual situations and develop solutions. Must have strong communication and training skills and be able to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
