You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination, tracking, and deployment of IT assets that directly support mission-critical operations. By managing the lifecycle of hardware and software—from procurement to decommission—you’ll help maintain operational readiness, reduce downtime, and enable secure, efficient technology delivery across the enterprise. Your expertise will empower the customer to execute their mission with precision, reliability, and speed. Coordinate procurement, shipping, receiving, and deployment of IT equipment and software. Maintain accurate inventory records using ServiceNow Hardware and Software Asset Management. Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with service-level agreements. Support IT budgeting and forecasting by providing data on asset utilization and lifecycle costs. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations regarding IT asset management. Develop and maintain documentation for logistics workflows and procedures. Assist in planning and executing IT refresh cycles and technology rollouts for hardware and software. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Bring your supply chain and logistics expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Logistics Analyst must have: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in IT logistics, asset management, or supply chain operations. Proficiency in asset management tools (i.e. ServiceNow) and ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Familiarity with ITIL practices and lifecycle management principles is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The likely salary range for this position is $127,500 - $172,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
