As an IT Logistics Specialist, you will ensure the seamless and efficient operation of IT and Logistics for our Singapore and Taipei offices, while providing comprehensive end-user support across various business functions. This role will also involve leading and coordinating projects related to IT, Logistics, Facilities, and Physical Security.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely, high-quality technical support to end users in Singapore and Taipei, including VIP stakeholders
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 service desk support, promptly responding to and following up on incidents and user requests
  • Support a diverse workplace environment, including PCs, trading phones, virtual machines, mobile solutions, printers, and software applications (Windows OS, Office Suite, MS Teams, M365)
  • Maintain IT and Logistics inventory, ensuring documentation is current and Windows security patches are applied in a timely manner
  • Perform basic administration tasks for Active Directory and print services, as well as manage systems and accounts for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and Workspace One
  • Lead and implement IT and Logistics projects in collaboration with Corporate IT and Logistics specialists
  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with HR and hiring managers, including workspace setup and office access
  • Manage facility services and maintenance, including lighting, HVAC, electrical systems, cleaning, workplace reconfigurations, fire safety, and asset inventory
  • Undertake additional ad-hoc IT and Logistics duties as assigned
