As IT Maintenance Engineer you will: • Be responsible for the laptop preparation for new employees and resolve various IT-related issues. • Responsible for office solutions. • Following HQ IT to do some tests or perform IT implementation. • Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the Nordic organization. • Other related activities and contingent assignments. Your profile: • Bachelor`s degree in computer science or IT-related majors. • 1 years of IT Support-related work experience. • Fluent Swedish & English language skills. • Chinese speaking is beneficial. • Excellent communication and organization skills, independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
