Duties:
Develop and lead IT strategy to support business goals.
Manage IT infrastructure, systems, hardware/software, and vendors.
Oversee ERP system development, upgrades, or migration.
Ensure cybersecurity and risk management practices are in place.
Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Create and enforce IT policies and procedures.
Manage IT budgets and support planning for technology investments.
Act as the main contact for internal and external tech partners.
Assets:
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
5+ years in IT leadership or similar role.
ERP system experience (implementation/management) – an asset.
Server and web system administration.
Data analysis and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Budgeting and financial planning skills.
Project and team coordination experience.
Strong communication (written and verbal).
Good problem-solving and time management skills.
