The company prides itself on its commitment to safety, innovation and community support.About The Role:Network Tasman Limited is seeking an experienced, hands-on IT professional to lead its IT function as sole-charge IT Manager, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This is a technically hands-on role responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of IT operations, including network infrastructure, mobile devices and business-critical systems, while driving key technology initiatives that support business growth and efficiency. You will oversee and drive IT projects from concept through delivery, contribute to a 5-year IT development plan, and act as the primary IT contact for staff across the business, providing helpdesk support, system administration and vendor management as required.Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years' experience in an IT environment, including experience leading IT projects.
- Strong technical understanding of IT systems, networking, security and enterprise applications.
- Proven ability to deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong awareness of IT risk and security management.
- Personable and approachable, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a sole-charge capacity, while collaborating with business leaders and external vendors.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a constantly changing environment, working across teams and across the business.
