Description
Title: IT Manager- Digital Commerce Duties: The IT Manager- Digital Commerce will specialize in software development on the Retail Digital Platform Engineering team and will lead a team of engineers developing, implementing, and supporting digital commerce and/or search capabilities while collaborating with other teams to build a comprehensive Omni-Channel experience for customers. You will implement systems to maximize usability, accessibility, and customer experience by leveraging internal and external APIs, databases, and other data sources. This IT Manager will also oversee the scheduling, control, and progress of system design, development, and installation activities by leading projects under the rules and guidelines of Project Management Office (PMO) including ensuring PMO documentation is produced to industry standard. You will also coordinate internal and external resources, manage vendor relationships, and oversee project financials to ensure projects are completed efficiently and align with short- and long-term business goals. Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or related and 8 years of eCommerce experience, including: Building and implementing large-scale transitions to enterprise information Experience in Architecture including application development, process development, integration and data exchange At least 4 years of the following: ATG and Endeca on Middleware including WebLogic / JBoss / Apache using Oracle RDBMS in a Unix / Linux environment Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) project development Developing and managing applications across multiple data centers Managing large scale Solr deployments including index creation, query pipeline, and algorithm optimization Lucid Works, GCP Leading the teams working on MACH (Microservices, APIs-first, Cloud-native, and Headless) architecture using Java, Spring boot
