Description

JOB SUMMARY:

Branded Bills is seeking an experienced IT Manager to design, lead, and scale our technology operations. This role will partner with executive leadership to drive IT strategy and execution across infrastructure, security and SaaS systems. That strategy and execution will ensure our teams at headquarters, warehouse, and remote locations are empowered with secure and reliable technology. As a growing brand with a modern SaaS-first stack, this is an opportunity to build out an IT function from the ground up, shape the roadmap, and grow into future leadership roles.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth retail, e-commerce, or multi-channel business.
  • Expertise across SaaS ecosystems, infrastructure, networking (Cisco), and cybersecurity.
  • Proven success implementing security frameworks, compliance programs, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, vendor management, and project execution skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.
  • Industry certifications (CISSP, CCNP, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus, but not required. Demonstrated experience leading IT operations, security, and infrastructure in a SaaS-driven environment is most important.
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership – Partner with executives to align IT initiatives with company growth and operational efficiency. Define a clear roadmap for IT scalability and maturity.
  • Infrastructure & Networking – Oversee HQ network and remote worker, connectivity, and device management. Implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies (backup, recovery, failover networking).
  • Security & Risk Management – Own the company’s security posture, including endpoint protection (EDR), access management, SIEM, Zero Trust, vulnerability scanning, and incident response. Ensure readiness for compliance needs (e.g., PCI, SOC).
  • SaaS & Data Oversight – Work with IT Apps & Integrations team to support and scale our core SaaS ecosystem (NetSuite, Shopify Plus, HubSpot, Google Workspace, O365, Rippling, Celigo integrations). Standardize access controls, licensing, and governance. Monitor data flows and API integrations to ensure reliability.
  • Governance & Process – Establish ITSM processes, asset inventory, license optimization, and SOPs for onboarding/offboarding. Measure and report KPIs like uptime, ticket resolution, and security incidents.
  • End-User Enablement – Build user-friendly support processes to ensure employees have reliable tools and timely IT support. Provide escalation support beyond the IT Specialist tier.
  • Team & Vendor Management – Lead and mentor internal IT staff, while managing third-party vendors and contracts. Evaluate tools and negotiate vendor agreements.
  • Future Planning – Anticipate emerging technology needs, evaluate new solutions, and ensure IT remains a strategic enabler of growth.
